Merry Christmas!!

It is Christmas Eve and Abby made her first trip to Mississippi on Sunday. We are in Benoit, MS for Christmas with my family and we will head to Columbus on Friday to spend Christmas with the Edwards' family. It has been so fun being here. Abby has been visiting with Mary Kinsley and Carson and will play with Sam this weekend . She just loves her new cousins!!

Abby had her first playdate on Monday. Haynes and Claire came by to keep us company for a little while. We loved seeing them and comparing new mom stories. Haynes is so precious and looks a lot like her daddy!! Carey and I don't know who Abby looks like. Everyone keeps saying that Carey and I look so much alike that it is hard to tell which one she favors. I guess she just looks like Abby and will continue to change every day.

Santa Claus stopped by our house to see Abby on the
way back to the North Pole. He said that he had seen her cousins in Cleveland just a little bit ago at breakfast with Santa. She was sleeping when he got to our house, but she still took a picture with him. Abby has been a really sweet girl these first 2 weeks, so I know Santa will be bringing her many presents for Christmas. We are very excited about Christmas and can't wait to see all of our family in Mississippi.

Hey everyone, well, Carey is finally getting well and finally got to hold Abby today. I just hope she doesn't get a cold. We have been trying to be so careful and wash our hands constantly.
Also, my mom has been here with us for 3 weeks, 1 week before I had her and 2 weeks afterwards. Carey and I are really sad for her to leave. I can't explain how much help she has been to me. I don't know what I would have done with out her these past few weeks.
I had to share these pictures of Abby sleeping with all of you. I just couldn't pass up taking these pictures of her. She loves to have her hands somewhere on her face while she is sleeping. It is just so precious. We love you all and hope to see all of you really soon.
